The Galleon is a Large Ship with a total of 8 guns a side: 2 on the upper deck, and 6 below decks, with an additional 2 front chaser cannons and 2 rear chaser cannons below decks. Like most ships, it has 2 anti-sail swivel cannons on the front, and a regular swivel cannon on either side.
Galleon is the only double-decked ship in the game with a completely enclosed lower deck. It is also the only large ship with an enclosed forecastle and aftcastle cabin, and has the tallest ship hull. Its sink speed is counter intuitive, as it fills with water quickly but takes a long time until it is finally destroyed, with galleons almost entirely underwater being able to make a recovery.
